Salad
  Romaine and Spinach, roasted pear, candied walnuts, cranberries, goat cheese, apple cider vinaigrette  

Entree
 24 hour braised beef short rib with cabernet braising jus,
Spinach and Artichoke stuffed chicken breast w/ Snow white Mornay sauce
Creamy parmesan risotto, seasonal vegetables

Dessert
  Pumpkin crème brulee with gingerbread cookie
White chocolate mousse with pistachio brittle and fresh raspberries

The Bishop Kelly Foundation was established over 46 years ago to provide financial assistance, support and scholarships to Bishop Kelly High School. The Winner's Choice Dinner and Auction is it's main fundraiser. Proceeds from this event represent approximately 40% of the Foundation's annual contribution to the school. This subsidy is what helps keep tuition lower than any other Catholic High School in the Pacific Northwest and benefits each and every family.
